Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the DION Courses website and your enrolment in any DION programme. By accessing our website or purchasing a course, you agree to these terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our website or enrol in our programmes.
Please read these carefully before making any payment.
About DION Courses
DION Courses provides live online educational programmes in Data Science and Analytics, Full-Stack Web Development, and AI-Powered Digital Marketing. All programmes are delivered fully online through live video sessions. Students must have a stable internet connection, a functioning computer or laptop, and the motivation to complete the programme.
Enrolment and Payment
Enrolment: Enrolment in a DION programme is confirmed once payment is received and DION sends a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp. Filling in an enquiry form or attending a free demo class does not constitute enrolment.
Payment: Full payment or a confirmed EMI arrangement is required before the batch start date. DION reserves the right to withhold access to course materials until payment is confirmed.
EMI and instalment plans: Where EMI or instalment payment options are offered, the student is responsible for completing all payments on schedule. Failure to make an instalment payment may result in suspension of access to course materials until payment is brought up to date.
Pricing: Prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. DION reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect confirmed enrolments.
Early bird and promotional pricing: Promotional prices are available for a limited time and subject to seat availability. DION does not guarantee promotional pricing will be available at the time of your enquiry.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
DION wants every student to make an informed decision before paying. That is why we offer a free demo class before any payment is required.
Before the programme starts: If you request a cancellation before the batch start date and before you have accessed any course materials, DION will refund 80 percent of the course fee. The remaining 20 percent covers administrative and processing costs.
After the programme starts: Once a batch has started and you have accessed course materials, DION does not offer refunds. This applies regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
Free demo class: The free demo class carries no financial commitment. Attending it does not bind you to enrolment.
Technical issues: If DION cancels or indefinitely postpones a batch before it begins, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available batch.
How to request a refund: Send a written request to our email address or WhatsApp number with your name, enrolled programme, and reason for cancellation. We process eligible refunds within 14 business days.
Course Access and Delivery
Live sessions: DION programmes include weekly live online sessions. Session schedules are shared before the batch starts. Sessions are delivered via video conferencing platforms. Recordings may be made available at DION’s discretion but are not guaranteed.
Self-paced track: Students on the self-paced track receive access to pre-recorded materials and resources for the duration stated at the time of enrolment. DION does not guarantee indefinite access beyond the agreed period.
Mentored track: Students on the mentored and placement track receive access to live sessions, personal project reviews, mock interviews, and placement support as described on the course page. The extent and frequency of personal support depends on batch size and instructor availability.
Technical requirements: Students are responsible for ensuring they have a suitable device, reliable internet connection, and any required software. DION is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s end that affect their ability to attend sessions.
Session attendance: Regular attendance significantly improves outcomes. DION does not guarantee outcomes for students who miss a substantial number of sessions.
Certificates
DION issues a certificate of completion to students who complete all programme requirements, including project submissions and the capstone presentation where applicable. Certificates are issued digitally.
DION certificates are issued by DION Courses and reflect the programme completed. They are not government-issued qualifications or university degrees. DION makes no guarantee that any employer, institution, or authority will recognise or accept this certificate.
Placement Support
DION provides placement support as part of the Pro and Mentored tracks. Placement support includes resume writing assistance, mock interview sessions, and referrals to companies in DION’s hiring network.
Placement support does not guarantee employment. DION makes no guarantee that any student will receive a job offer, a specific salary, or employment within a specific timeframe. Outcomes depend on individual effort, interview performance, market conditions, and employer decisions, all of which are outside DION’s control.
Salary ranges mentioned on DION’s website reflect publicly available data from job portals and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a promise of earnings.
Student Conduct
Students are expected to treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect. DION reserves the right to remove a student from a programme without refund if they engage in disruptive behaviour, harassment, plagiarism, or any conduct that negatively affects other students or staff.
Course materials shared by DION, including recordings, slides, datasets, and documents, are for personal educational use only. Students may not distribute, reproduce, sell, or publicly share DION course materials without written permission.

DION’s total liability to any student for any claim arising from a programme shall not exceed the total amount paid by that student for the programme in question.

Changes to These Terms
